Baked potatoes with cheese & bacon

Ingredients
1 kg / 2 lbs potatoes
250 gr / 9 oz grated cheddar or edam (or any kind of cheese you prefer)
250 gr / 9 oz bacon (or any kind of sausage you prefer)
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Grease a pan with olive oil so that the potatoes won’t stick to it. Peel off the potatoes and slice and grease them with oil.
First put the potatoes on the pan until it covers the whole surface. Then add salt, pepper, bacon and cheese.
Repeat the procedure until we use all the ingredients.
Do NOT add any water into the pan.
Bake them at 150 °C/ 300°F for about an hour (depending on your oven).
They are best eaten warm.
