Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
For the salad
1 lettuce
1 tomato
1 cucumber
250 gr / 9 oz chicken breast (cooked)
100 gr / 3.5 oz parmesan cheese
For the sauce
1 cup of yoghurt
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
For the sauce
In a bowl add all the above ingredients for the sauce and mix them well. You can add more salt if you wish. Then let the sauce rest for 15 minutes before use.
For the salad
In a bowl, add the lettuce, the tomato, the cucumber and the chicken breast (all cut) and mix them together. You can also add the parmesan cheese.
After you have mixed them well add the sauce. You can decorate the salad with extra tomatoes and cucumbers if you want. Add the rest of the cheese on top and it is ready.
