Baked peppers with feta cheese


Ingredients


Peppers

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

Feta Cheese


Instructions


Wash and dry the peppers. Put them in a pan with baking paper and bake them at 200 °C / 390 °F for 30 – 40 minutes.


When they are ready take them out of the oven and cover them with a towel until they have cooled down.


On the cutting board, remove the skin and seeds from the peppers and put them on a plate.

Fill the peppers with cheese and serve them with olive oil salt and pepper. You can also add vinegar if you wish.


If you do not want to eat them all at once, you can put them in jars (that close well) with salt, pepper, olive oil and cheese and keep them in the refrigerator for 7 to 10 days.
