Marinated chicken pieces wrapped in bacon.


Ingredients

500 gr / 17.5 oz chicken breast

250 gr / 9 oz bacon

1 cup of yoghurt

1 tbsp mustard

1 tbsp paprika

Pepper

Salt

1 lemon


Instructions

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

In a bowl add yoghurt, mustard, paprika and lemon juice.

Mix them well and add the chicken pieces.

Make sure that the marinade is well mixed and cover the chicken.

Do NOT add salt and pepper here.

Cover the bowl and put it into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

When it is ready, add salt and pepper and mix well.

Take a slice of bacon, put a chicken piece on it and roll it.

Put it in the baking pan.

Do the same with all the pieces.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ° C / 430 ° F for 35-40 minutes.

Do NOT add water.
