Burger patties with cheese


Ingredients

500 gr 17.5 oz grated meat

3 slices of bread, no crust

1 cup of milk (180 – 200 ml)

100 gr / 3.5 oz grated cheese, regato

1 cup parsley

½ tbsp pepper

½ tbsp cumin

½ tbsp thyme

Salt


Instructions


In a bowl, add the bread and the milk and leave them there for 10 minutes. In another bowl put the grated meat and all the other ingredients, including the soggy bread, and mix them for 5 minutes, until a compact mass is formed.


Once it is ready, form the patties and put them in a big plate.


Cover them with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for an hour. This is done so that the ingredients connect with each other and the form in not lost once they are to be baked.


When they are ready to be baked, put them on a pan with baking paper and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 390 °F for 30 – 35 minutes.


You can eat them with anything you like.
