Kebab


Ingredients

500 gr / 17.5 oz grated meat

3 slices of bread

1 cup of milk (180 – 200 ml)

2 onions

1 tbsp thyme

1 tbsp paprika

½ tbsp mace

Pepper

Salt


Instructions


In a bowl, add the milk and the slices of bread so that they will absorb the milk.


In another bowl add the grated meat. (You can use whatever meat you want but it is best to have two kinds and mix them together)


In this bowl, add all the above ingredients for the kebab and mix them together for at least 5 minutes, until they form a uniform mass that does not stick to the bowl.


Then, form the kebabs one by one and put them on a plate.


Once you are done put a cling film on the plate and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.


When they are ready put them on a pan with baking paper on and bake them in the middle of the oven for 30 – 35 minutes at 200 °C / 390 °F.


You can also grill them.
