Sauce with sausages & peppers

Ingredients
500 / 17.5 oz gr sausages
4 tomatoes
4-5 pepper (preferably different colors)
½ tbsp pepper
½ tbsp paprika
½ tbsp oregano
Salt
Instructions
Cut the sausages and then the peppers (julienne style) and grate the tomatoes.
Warm the pot (180 °C / 355°F) and put the sausages first.
Let them fry in their own fat and the add the peppers. Let them fry without water or oil.
When they are almost ready add the tomato, the salt, the pepper and the paprika.
Do NOT add any water.
Then, put the lid, lower the temperature and let them stew for a while. At the end, add oregano and let them for 5 more minutes.
You can use it as an appetizer or sauce for other dishes.
