Tagliatelle with cheese & bacon


Ingredients

500 gr / 17.5 oz tagliatelle

100 gr / 3.5 oz edam cheese

100 gr / 3.5 oz gouda cheese

100 gr / 3.5 oz milner cheese

100 gr / 3.5 oz regato cheese

bacon (as much as you want)

1 l milk

1 egg

salt

pepper

oil


Instructions

Cook the tagliatelle for 4 minutes.

Drain them and put them in a greased pan.

Put all the kinds of cheese and the bacon and mix them well.

Beat the egg with salt and pepper and pour the mixture into the milk.

Stir them well and pour them into the pan.

Bake the tagliatelle in a preheated oven at 250 ◦C / F for 30 – 35 minutes.

When it is ready, you can add extra cheese on top.
